1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Coookies and its customers in connection with the sale of goods in the physical store, catering services, and the organization of private and open workshops.
The version of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
Any conflicting or deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless Coookies has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Contracting Party
The contracting party is:
Coookies

3. Subject Matter of the Contract
- The business activities of Coookies include:
- the sale of cookies and, where applicable, other baked goods in the physical store,
- the provision of catering services,
- the organization of private workshops,
- the organization of open workshops.
- The specific services, prices, dates, and scope of performance are determined by the respective offer, booking confirmation, or individual agreement.
4. In-Store Sales
The sale of goods takes place exclusively on-site at the physical store.
The presentation of goods, prices, and services on the website, on social media, or in other promotional materials does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely a non-binding invitation to make an inquiry or visit the store.
A purchase contract for goods is concluded in-store when the customer selects the goods and completes payment on site.
Coookies does not operate a traditional online shop unless expressly agreed otherwise in an individual case.
5. Catering Services
Catering requests are handled individually. Based on the customer’s request, Coookies will prepare an individual offer.
A contract for catering services is only concluded once the customer has accepted the offer and Coookies has confirmed the booking.
Any changes to the agreed scope of services after conclusion of the contract require separate agreement and may result in a price adjustment.
Delivery or performance dates are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed.
The customer is obliged to provide all information required for the proper execution of the catering service in due time. This includes, in particular, the event location, requested delivery or collection time, number of guests, product selection, known allergies, and any special requirements.
6. Workshops
Coookies offers both private workshops for closed groups and open workshops.
The content, duration, location, price, and number of participants are determined by the respective offer or workshop description.
A contract for a private workshop is only concluded once the offer has been accepted and confirmed by Coookies.
Bookings for open workshops are binding.
Unless otherwise stated, workshop fees must be paid before the start of the workshop.
7. Prices and Payment
The prices individually agreed or publicly announced at the time of booking shall apply.
All prices are stated in euros.
Coookies may require a reasonable deposit for catering services and workshops.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due immediately without deduction.
In the event of late payment, the statutory provisions shall apply.
8. Cancellation and Withdrawal by Customers
8.1 Catering
Cancellations of catering services must be made in text form.
Unless otherwise agreed individually, the following cancellation terms apply:

- less than 7 calendar days before the agreed date: 80% of the agreed total price,

- up to 48 hours before the start of the workshop: 50% of the participation fee,
- less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop or in case of no-show: 100% of the participation fee.
- A substitute participant may be provided by prior agreement, unless there are reasonable grounds preventing this.
9. Cancellation or Changes by Coookies
Coookies is entitled to cancel, postpone, or modify catering services or workshops for good cause. Good cause includes, in particular, illness, force majeure, unforeseen operational disruptions, or an insufficient number of participants in the case of open workshops.
In such cases, any payments already made for services not provided will be refunded.
Any further claims, in particular claims for reimbursement of travel, accommodation, or consequential costs, are excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Allergens, Intolerances, and Product Information
The products offered are food products. Despite careful preparation, it cannot be excluded that traces of allergens may be present.
Customers are obliged to inform Coookies in due time of any relevant allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements.
Information on ingredients and allergens is provided to the best of our knowledge. Complete freedom from cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.
11. Delivery, Collection, and Customer Cooperation in Catering Services
If delivery has been agreed, it shall take place at the agreed time and to the agreed address.
The customer must ensure that handover is possible at the agreed time.
Delays or additional effort caused by incorrect information, lack of availability, or insufficient cooperation by the customer may be charged separately.
Upon handover of the goods or services to the customer, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration shall pass to the customer to the extent permitted by law.
12. Liability
Coookies shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of ordinary negligence, Coookies shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and such liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
The above limitations of liability shall not apply where mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
13. Vouchers
If Coookies issues vouchers, they may only be redeemed within the specified scope and validity period.
Cash payment of vouchers is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Coookies accepts no liability for lost vouchers unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
14. Right of Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded exclusively on site at the physical store.
For catering services and workshops, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply depending on the type of booking and the nature of the service, in particular for time-specific leisure activities or individually prepared services.
Whether and to what extent a right of withdrawal exists in an individual case shall be governed by the applicable statutory provisions.
15. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy of Coookies.
16. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the extent permitted by law.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
